Project Specifics: A $21.6M project that transformed Rand Hall to house the Mui Ho Fine Arts Library, a state-of-the-art facility on its top two floors with massed stacks of books as its centerpiece, digital resources, and voluminous reading and study space.

Colgate University - Residence Halls (2017-2018)
Project Specifics: A $35M project that resulted in two new residence halls, totaling 84,862 square feet.

Colgate University - Benton Hall (2017)
Project Specifics: A $12M project that resulted in a 17,600 square foot LEED Platinum facility. It became the new home of the Center for Career Services and the Office of National Fellowships and Scholarships.

Cornell University - Breazzano Family Center for Business Education (2017)
Project Specifics: A $25M project that created a state-of-the-art, 76,500 square foot facility for Cornell’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.

Cornell University - Health Services Facility (2015-2016)
Project Specifics: This $55M project consisted of a four story, 73,600 square foot addition which connected two adjacent buildings where 22,400 additional square feet was renovated. This new space provided a new and updated location for the Cornell student body to receive their health care services.

Cornell University - College of Veterinary Medicine Class Expansion (2015-2016)
Project Specifics: This $63M project consisted of a four story, 74,460 square foot addition which connected three adjacent buildings where 54,680 additional square feet was renovated. This new space provides modern classrooms, lecture halls, and lab facilities to the student body studying veterinary medicine at Cornell University.

Roswell Park Cancer Institute - Clinical Sciences Center - Office Fit Out (2015)

Roswell Park Cancer Institute - Clinical Sciences Center - Clinical Fit Out (2015)
Project Specifics: This project provided the clinical fit out on the first through fifth floors, as well as completion of the main ground floor lobby of the new eleven story RPCI CSC building.

Corning - DX & DV Buildings (2008-2015)
Project Specifics: This $400M project added state of the art research and development lab space to Corning Incorporated's Sullivan Park. The DX project was delivered in two phases, the first of which was the main building, its office spaces, and all of the bulk MEP distribution to the lab spaces. The second phase of the DX project was the lab fit out, which completed all of the final design and infrastructure of the actual lab spaces. Once the DX facility was brought online, researchers from the DV building were moved into their new home in the DX facility. The DV design, coordination, and installation was then completed through an Integrated Product Delivery (IPD) process, as opposed to a traditional hard plan and spec project.

Roswell Park Cancer Institute - CSC Building - Shell and Core (2014)
Services Performed: Managed 3D BIM Coordination for the shell & core phase of this new ten story Clinical Sciences building.
Cornell University - Klarman Hall (2014)
Project Specifics: The $42M new humanities building added 33,250 square feet of space, containing a 350 seat auditorium and connected to the adjacent Goldwin Smith Hall via a 7,700 square foot glass atrium. This project was LEED Platinum intended.

Hobart College - Academic Building for the Performing Arts (2014)
Project Specifics: The new 60,000 square foot facility is the largest in the colleges' history and will house multiple performing spaces. This project was LEED Silver intended.

University of Rochester - Golisano Children's Hospital (2013-2014)
We were excited to be so involved with this major construction project at the Strong Medical Center at the University of Rochester!
Project Specifics: The $145M new hospital is eight floors and approximately 245,000 square feet of space dedicated to children and their families.
